Andrew C. Brandsness
Andy Brandsness has practiced law in Klamath County since 1983, with his primary practice in transactions and complex litigation of real estate, construction, probate and trust, finance, business organization and commercial law, including collections and foreclosures. His practice is before the Oregon State Circuit and Appellate Courts, Federal District Court for the District of Oregon and 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Oregon.
Andy was born in 1957 at Mather AFB, Sacramento, California. Following Klamath Falls public schools Andy enrolled at the University of Oregon where he played baseball and graduated in psychology. He graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law in 1983.
Andy has been a director for countless non-profit organizations, including the YMCA, Reach, Inc., the United Way and Reames Golf and Country Club, where he also served as President. He currently is a Director of Klamath Family Head Start and Klamath Hospice, serving as Board President. He was a Director for South Valley Bancorp Inc. and it's subsidiaries and PHP Health Plan Inc.
Andy has three daughters he says are amazing young ladies. He likes to spend his spare time doing anything outdoors.
